The Yingkang factory has 10 WPC profile extrusion production lines and two fully automated paint production lines, with a monthly output of approximately 6000 sets of Polymer WPC Painting Doors
1. WPC Painting Door Structure: Yingkang factory provides polished WPC Door Panel with 40mm/45mm for WPC Polymer Doors. The WPC Door Panel Profile thickness is 5mm/7mm.
2. WPC Painting Door Process: Yingkang provide finished WPC Polymer Doors .Our WPC Painting Doors use Painting Process (directly painting the extruded WPC door panel). If you want WPC Polymer Door with PVC lamination process , we can also customize your own PVC films.
3. WPC Painting Door Custom Services:Yingkang factory provide you with international Lloyd's color cards and customized color cards, as well as customized door leaf lengths and widths. The regular length of the painted door is 2010-2050mm, and the regular width is 610 / 710 / 760 / 810 / 860 / 910mm.
